Export Abroad is a startup dedicated to eliminating the barriers of international trade. I am the co-founder and have helped create multiple iterations of a platform to automate international market growth.
Navigating new markets is extremely difficult. Current market research reports cost upwards of $10,000 for a single market feasibilty analysis. For most small to medium sized businesses, this makes the global marketpalce unattainable.
Ensuring data quality is our number one consideration. Many other data providers have stale or incomplete data sets, which often skews results. We leveraged numerous API's to have the most complete data set in international trade.
We utilized both our teams' expertise and cutting edge academic research to create algorithms to query our data sets. Our algorithms predict what markets are best suited for a company based on their product line. We are now patent pending on our suite of analytics tools as well.
Most market research reports are at an extremely high level. We set out to be better than existing reports by leveraging technology to create reports at the product specific level. This level of granularity improves insights and better serves our customers.
A platform to help companies identify and manage their global opportunties. Automate the initial hurdles of exporting (market research and trade leads) to get companies kick started in the global marketplace.
International trade has been growing at 6.6%+ year over year. This represents trillions of growth every year.

Our team created a dashboard to quickly give an overview of what a user is currently tracking. As soon as your login you are able to see how many products you are conducting research on, what companies you are working with, and the latest news in international trade.
The core of our product lies in the research we are able to provide nearly instantaneously. Our team made an intuitive interface that allowed users to store their product line and quickly access the research they need to run their business.
Travel2Gether was a weekend project that took 2nd place at the Expedia Hackathon. Our goal was to make it simple and cheap for friends and family from across the world to get to see each other more often.
